Oil sketch of an open space created by the demolition of a building, creating a new perspective on my usual walking route to Tooting Broadway tube station. The site was formerly occupied by a boring 1980's structure housing the HSS Hire tool hire shop. The building is no great architectural loss, but to be fair the tool hire shop was useful.

This painting was sold in an auction for The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology.
